The Institute of Health Economics is a non-profit organization committed to producing, gathering, and disseminating health research findings from health economics, health policy, health technology assessment and comparative effectiveness to improve the delivery of health care and support a sustainable future.
In relation to addictions and mental health, the IHE conducts and disseminates research in a number of ways to increase its impact. These include traditional approaches such as publications in scientific journals, conference presentations, information via Internet, press releases, workshops, seminars, and other educational activities.
The IHE help decision-makers to better understand the implications of resources used in mental health and addictions by studying the interplay of the economic environment, health determinants, and services.
